Our free inspection offer is available to residential and commercial property owners or authorized representatives in our service areas. The free inspection includes a thermal imaging assessment and written findings report. No purchase is required. Free inspections are subject to technician availability and geographic service limitations.
Paid services are governed by a Service Agreement provided to you before any work begins. You will not be charged for any service until you have reviewed and authorized the Service Agreement in writing. All services are performed by licensed PrimeBarrier technicians or authorized subcontractors operating under PrimeBarrier's supervision and licensing.
Our 60-day return guarantee applies to all treated pest species as specified in your Service Agreement. The guarantee requires:
The guarantee does not cover new species not addressed in the original service, or re-infestation caused by conditions introduced after treatment.
Pest control outcomes depend on factors including but not limited to property conditions, severity of infestation, pest species behavior, adjacent property conditions, weather, and client compliance with post-treatment instructions. We make no guarantees of complete or permanent elimination of pest populations in all circumstances. Results described in marketing materials represent typical outcomes and may not apply to every situation.
You agree to provide Vanguard technicians with reasonable access to your property to perform the agreed services. If access is denied or unavailable at the scheduled time, Vanguard reserves the right to reschedule and may charge a missed appointment fee as specified in your Service Agreement.
Payment terms are specified in your individual Service Agreement. Standard terms require payment upon completion of service for one-time treatments, or on the schedule specified for ongoing plans.
Monthly and quarterly service plans may be cancelled with 30 days' written notice. Any pre-paid services not yet delivered will be refunded on a pro-rated basis. Cancellations without required notice may result in a cancellation fee as specified in your Service Agreement.
Vanguard reserves the right to suspend or terminate services in the event of non-payment.
All content on this Site — including text, images, graphics, logos, icons, audio clips, and software — is the property of PrimeBarrier Pest Control LLC or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable US and international intellectual property laws.
You may view, download, and print pages from this Site for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute Site content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or currency of any content on this Site.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or our Services will not exceed the amount you paid to Vanguard for the specific service giving rise to the claim in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless PrimeBarrier Pest Control LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to: (a) your use of the Site; (b) your violation of these Terms; or (c) your violation of any rights of a third party.
This Site may contain links to third-party websites for your convenience or reference. We do not endorse and are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any linked third-party sites. Accessing third-party links is done at your own risk, subject to those sites' terms and policies.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of our Site or Services will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
