Yes. You can upgrade between plans at any time. Upgrades take effect at the next scheduled service visit, and pricing adjusts accordingly. Downgrades take effect at the next renewal cycle.
You can cancel your plan with 30 days' written notice. There are no cancellation fees. Any pre-paid service period that is unused at time of cancellation is refunded on a pro-rated basis.
The only costs beyond your plan rate are for services that fall clearly outside your plan's scope — such as severe active termite infestation requiring specialized treatment on a Core plan. We will always notify you in writing before any additional charges are incurred. Between-visit response is included in Guardian and Total plans at no additional charge.
